Abstract本论文中分析了电流型逆变器的工作状态,并在此基础上提出了一个设计方案。该方案用一片8031作逆变器的专用控制器,采用次谐波的PWM技术使电流输出的低次谐波分量较小,脉宽的控制采用查表结合在线计算的方法,使系统得以简化,速度误差较小。所设计的驱动器对减小高速下GTR的通断延迟效果明显。系统采用两片单片机8031协同工作,使运算速度加快。
Other AbstractThe working state of PWM Current Source Inverter is analysed in this paper, and a design is presented. In this plan, a single-chip microprocessor 8031 is used to control GTR of inverter specially. The output current contains less lower harmonic components by employing subharmonic PWM techniques. The width of each pulse is controled by looking up DATA table and caculating in time, this makes the system has simple construction and less speed error. Using the driver presented in the paper, GTR's storage time ts could be lessened obviously. Two single-chip microprocessors cooperated with each other, this makes the caculating speed fast.
