双层SRR可动悬臂阵列太赫兹动态滤波器

Abstract本文设计了一种三维双层开口谐振环可动悬臂阵列,利用双层材料(Al和SiO2)之间热膨胀系数的差异,温度控制悬臂的弯曲形变,根据悬臂的可弯曲性来实现太赫兹传输的动态可调,设计出一个太赫兹可调阻带滤波器,可调范围达到0.31 THz。该研究结果对太赫兹可控功能器件如传感器,调制器以及相移器等器件研发具有一定的借鉴意义。
