AbstractThe off-axis aspheric surfaces are used more and more widely with the development of the science technology; meanwhile, the testing of the off-axis aspheric surface is becoming a focus of the optics because of the tight relationship between the measurement and the manufacture. Base on the classic testing of the interference and with the help of the focus lens, the orthogonal reflector and the concave lens, this paper introduces a method which can test or calibrate the geometry parameter of the off-axis aspheric element of the optic, such as the surface, the lateral departure from the optic axis, the radius of the center of the whole aspheric lens and so on. This method can be used to test and calibrate the geometry parameter of the large aperture, as well as the super-large aperture off-axis aspheric surface because it is no requirement for the lens under testing.
