中文摘要: In order to achieve efficient processing of high accuracy off-axis parabolic hexagonal mirror, this article describes a research on Computer Controlled Optical Surfacing (CCOS). We focus our attention on four problems encountered in the processing: how to determine the best-fit sphere, how to choose the best tool path, how to build the tool influence function when the tool overhangs the edge of workpiece and how to calculate the dwell time. And then we build mathematical models for them. At last, simulation experiments have been conducted to study the convergence of off-axis parabolic hexagonal mirror with known surface error distribution, and the result shows that the accuracy has been improved. © 2012 SPIE.
