Abstract目的应用自适应光学技术探讨不同Zernike组分高阶像差对人眼视锐度的影响。方法在暗室内,通过自行研制的自适应光学高阶像差验配与视觉分析系统进行高阶像差的矫正与叠加,6名(6眼)正常被试者散瞳后,在6mm孔径下全矫像差,并在全矫的基础上叠加彗差、三叶草及球差,测量视锐度。结果;6名被试者矫正全眼像差后,残余像差均<0.05μm,视锐度平均提高了0.075logMAR。叠加不同量(0.10μm、0.30μm、0.50μm、-0.10μm、-0.30μm、-0.50μm)三叶草、彗差及球差后,随着叠加量的增加,视锐度逐渐下降,其中球差对视锐度的影响最为明显。除负向球差以外,均方根值为0.10μm的...
