自适应光学系统中哈特曼传感器与变形镜对准误差的测量方法

Abstract提出了一种可以实现自适应光学系统中哈特曼传感器与变形镜对准的方法。该方法通过给用来做标记的驱动器施加电压来表征变形镜的位置,利用哈特曼探测变形镜镜面面形的斜率分布信息获取驱动器的准确位置,并据此计算哈特曼传感器和变形镜之间位置失配,为二者的自动对准提供依据;阐述了该方法的对准原理,推导了哈特曼和变形镜之间位置失配计算公式;以45单元自适应光学系统为例,展开对该对准方法的模拟仿真。结果表明:当二者的平移失配和旋转失配误差小于2倍子孔径大小和小于10°时,测量误差分别小于子孔径大小的5%和0.15°,能够准确测...
