Abstract随着大规模集成电路技术的发展,CMOS图像传感器日益受到重视,广泛应用于各种高速成像系统中。本文设计了一个基于MICRON公司的MT9M413图像传感器的高帧频相机,详细介绍了系统的整体结构及原理。系统具有体积小、结构紧凑、功能完善、性能稳定可靠、功耗低等优点。
