Abstract为将排列互比法用于超精测角研究、大型机械零部件形位误差在位测量技术研究及非球面主镜面形误差测量技术研究等几何量测量课题,在理论分析及实验验证的基础上推导出了排列互比法理论公式及系统误差产生的原因,在优化组合传统检验方法的基础上提出了大型机械零部件形位误差测量方案,并解决了Φ4.5 mx5 m高精度机架测量难题,采用拼接技术、哈特曼技术及补偿技术等解决了Φ1.8 m大口径非球面主镜面形误差测量难题.
